Computing Services

Cochise College has 26 core labs throughout the district. These labs contain anywhere from 16 to 25 PCs per lab:

Sierra Vista Campus - 12 labs

  • Room 306 - used for specialized computer training.
  • Rooms 109, 401 and 417 - reserved as open labs. Please see Labs Hours of Operations for available times.

Douglas Campus - 6 labs

  • Multipurpose Lab (MISSL)
  • Room 219 - used for specialized computer training.
  • Room 217 - reserved as an open lab.

Willcox Center - 1 lab 

Benson Center - 3 labs

  • Learning Resource Lab

Nogales Center - 1 lab

Fort Huachuca Center - 3 labs

All work stations are connected to the Internet and have been configured with College-approved and licensed software. The basic software configuration package includes Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Other licensed software packages are installed on as-needed basis.

Labs are also equipped with a laser printer and a projector.

For college employees, we have an annual replacement and upgrade schedule that is funded by the Department of Information Technology. Departmental-funded replacements or upgrades are also scheduled throughout the year. All PC configuration, troubleshooting and installation services are performed by our technicians. Please submit a service request or call (520) 417-4119 for assistance. Our department can also provide PC specifications for replacement or upgrade projects.
