Technology Services Help

In order to better manage technical resources and provide you with quality service, we have developed a web-based work order system that allows users to report any technology-related problem that they may experience.

This system has been completely overhauled in order to streamline the reporting process and reduce the repair turn-around time. After you enter the work order, you will immediately receive an electronic receipt via e-mail outlining the details you entered and providing you with a link so that you can check the status of your work order at any time. Upon completing the work, the technician will close the work order and you will receive another electronic receipt via e-mail with the corrective action taken.
