Technology Services
On behalf of the Department of Information Technology (DOIT), we would like to welcome you to the Technology Services website. The department has responsibility for five functional areas: enterprise resource planning and management system, voice and data network management, academic and administrative computing, telecommunications, and the Internet.
These resources include:
- Access to our internal network
- Access to personal computers and a wealth of software resources
- Issuance of e-mail account
- ERP (Banner) account (if required)
- Space on web server for hosting your personal or office/department website in support of College business
- Access to corporate collaborative resources enabling teamwork practices
- Fast and efficient Internet access
- Telecommunications services like access to a long-distance access code (if required), enterprise voice mail system, and a solid and reliable networked telephone system
- Programming services in support of College business
- Technical assistance
We have a professional group of technicians who will solve any technology-related problem that you may encounter. Through this website, we would like to provide detailed information on how to best use the myriad of state-of-the-art technical resources available at your disposal and how these resources will allow you the capability to maximize productivity, and enhance teaching and learning.
