Douglas Campus closed Monday, June 23
The Douglas Campus is closed to employees and students Monday, June 23 as APS works to address power issues related to a wind and dust storm that passed through the area Saturday evening. Unless otherwise notified, students and employees should plan to resume a normal summer work schedule on Tuesday, June 24. College IT staff are in the process of assessing any impact on college communications due to the loss of service. All other college centers and campuses will maintain a normal work and class schedule on Monday. For more information, call (520) 515-0500.

New scholarships available
for aviation, nursing

Cochise College is now accepting applications for two new scholarships. The Northrop Grumman Aviation Scholarship will provide four awards of $1,250 each to students enrolled in a Cochise College aviation program. The deadline to apply is July 24. The Gwiazda Scholarship will provide $1,000, or $500 per semester, to a student enrolled in the Cochise College nursing program. The deadline to apply is Sept. 1. Click here for details or to apply.
