Academic StatusYou are considered to be in good standing as long as your cumulative grade point average (GPA) is 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Once you have attempted 13 or more credits, your academic status is reviewed after each semester. If your cumulative GPA is below a 2.0, you will be placed on academic probation, and a notation of this will appear on your transcript. While on probation, you will be permitted to enroll in 12 units or less for the semester. If you have two consecutive terms with a cumulative GPA below 2.0, you will be suspended from school, and a notation of this will appear on your transcript. If you are suspended following the spring semester, you may not attend classes the following summer and fall semesters. If you are suspended following the fall semester, you may not attend classes the following spring and summer semesters.
