MOS Credentialing

You can complete an associate's degree in Intelligence Operations with Cochise College no matter where you are stationed in the world. This degree can be completed using a combination of college courses, military training transfer credits, and CLEP/DANTES exams.

If you earned Cochise College credit while in Army training on Fort Huachuca, please follow the instructions below. If you have military intelligence training but did not earn credits from Cochise College, please contact an advisor for instructions.

1. Please have official transcripts from other colleges you have attended sent to:

2. Go to the Army AARTS web page and have a transcript sent to Cochise College – Fort Huachuca.
   
3. If you know you will be taking classes to complete the degree, you will need to go to www.goarmyed.com. The GoArmyEd website is where you will arrange for Tuition Assistance (TA) and register for classes. You do not register directly with Cochise College. Your local or home Army Education Center can assist you with any problems the first time you use GoArmyEd.
   
4. Contact an advisor to request a credit review. Please note that a review is not done until you contact our office.

5. Graduation
   Contact an advisor to request a graduation review. We will review and confirm that you have met the requirements or let you know what you have left to complete the degree.
   
   Degrees are awarded twice a year, in May and December. Students meeting graduation requirements from June to December will be awarded a degree in December. Students meeting graduation requirements from January to May will be awarded their degree in May.
   
6. To access your student record online, go to http://www.cochise.edu.
   
   Click on INFOnline
   Click on Student Information System
   Login using your student identification number as a user ID and your birth date (mmddyy) as your password.

If you do not know your identification number, you may contact any Cochise College office.
