Article

Four Cochise College students have been named to the 2025 All-Arizona Academic Team, earning scholarships and tuition waivers to complete their bachelor’s degrees at one of the state’s public universities.

Madeline Colley, Jackson Hankins, Ana Le, and Kayla McLeod will be honored during a statewide recognition ceremony on Wednesday, Feb. 19, in Gilbert, Arizona.

The academic team recognizes high-achieving community college students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance, leadership, and service to their college and community. Candidates are nominated by a review committee of faculty and staff and must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA while working toward an associate degree.

As part of their recognition, each Cochise College honoree will receive a tuition waiver to a state university and a scholarship from the Cochise College Foundation—$1,000 for First Team, $750 for Second Team, and $500 for Third Team.
