Cochise College will host its Community Wellness Fairs, offering free health screenings, wellness activities, and access to healthcare professionals at its Douglas and Sierra Vista campuses.

 

The Douglas Campus event is set for Wednesday, March 19, followed by the Sierra Vista Campus event on Thursday, March 20. Both fairs will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

More than 30 local healthcare organizations will be present, providing attendees with opportunities to connect with experts and gather information on healthier lifestyles. The events are free and open to the public.

 

What to Expect

 

The fairs will feature a variety of health and wellness resources, including:

• Free health screenings
• Mobile health units offering on-the-spot care
• Relaxation demonstrations, such as massages and yoga sessions

 

Attendees will have access to free health services and information on community health resources.
