Please Note: Service members interested in taking classes with Cochise College should contact their assigned Educational Services Officer prior to enrolling. Army service members planning to use Tuition Assistance (TA) must first register within the ArmyIgnitED portal. Military students from other services who wish to receive Tuition Assistance (TA), must go through their parent service Education Services Officer to complete their proper TA forms.

Cochise College also accepts electronic transcripts. These transcripts must be sent from the awarding institution and not from the student. If your institution offers e-transcripts, please have them send them to eval@cochise.edu.
Access your student record online via your MyCochise Student Account to verify that your college transcripts have been received and evaluated. This system also provides grades and unofficial academic transcripts. A placement test may be required for some classes.
Active Duty Army can obtain tuition assistance by registering for classes through the ArmyIgnitED (website). You will also need to register for your courses directly with Cochise College through your student portal. Your local or home Army Education Center can assist you in setting up your ArmyIgnitED account and further explain the military tuition assistance program.
Contact an advisor to request a graduation review. We will review and confirm that you have met the requirements or let you know what you need to complete the degree. Degrees are awarded monthly.
If you did not participate in the MOS credentialing program at the time of your training, Cochise College is unable to award the college credits. You may still receive some college credit by having your JST evaluated; however, they will not count towards the 16 credit hour residency requirement. Cochise College only awards JST credits based on ACE recommendation. You may not earn as many credits as you would have if you had opted into the MOS credentialing program.
The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Leadership, Management, and Operations provides a detailed exploration of the operations of a business organization through the development of operational skills, management techniques, and leadership ability and focuses on the managerial side of the workplace.
Military Related Offerings will include a general BAS-LMO degree plus the following concentrations:
- Intelligence Operations Studies (IOST)
- Military Intelligence Systems Technician (MIST)
- Military Unmanned Vehicle Operator (UAVO)
- Military Unmanned Vehicle Technician (UAVT)
For students who wish to transfer to a four-year university to obtain their bachelor's degree, Cochise College has a partnership with four Arizona Universities. For more information, please visit their website to get in contact with one of their academic advisors.
